Nathan Head
The content you'll find in this portfolio consists of the last four years of work as an Interior Design student at North Dakota State University. NDSU has opened my eyes to the world of design and has provided me with opportunities for my future.

Growing up, I would help my father work on miscellaneous projects and began to grow a passion for design. He instilled in me a frugal and resourceful mentality, which I still carry on today. Instead of buying new things, I would build my own tools and salvage materials from items around our house. This mindset is one that I bring into my work in regards to sustainability, utilizing resources, and finding unique ways to recreate existing spaces.
Education
I am currently in my fourth year as an Interior Design student at North Dakota State University, minoring in Entrepreneurship.
Family History
My great-grandfather had a home-building business, and my grandfather had a contracting business called Wilfred Head & Son. I will soon become the fourth generation Head to design buildings.
